Culter better than Orton? Please!

Okay people I need to get this off my chest, because I’m tired of hearing it! I'm talking about Denver fans in general. Every Sunday I chat with others on the Broncos web chat feature, and discuss with friends the Denver situation. I get the impression that Denver fans in general still think that Jay Culter is a better quarterback than Kyle Orton. Without a doubt Cutler is a better athlete, after all he does have a rocket arm and fast for quarterback standards ran a 4.83, 40 coming into the league. But a better quarterback I am beginning to doubt. Let's start by looking at both Jay Cutlers and Kyle Ortons stats through the first 5 games:

As we can see from the stats Orton is by far better through the first 5 games. The one pick that Orton threw was a last play hail Mary at the end of the first half in yesterday’s game. Orton may take a sack or two during the game, but at least he doesn’t panic and toss up the ball for anyone to grab in these situations. I getting sick of hearing “Imagine how good we (Denver) would be if he had Cutler this year!” I honestly think that we wouldn’t be sitting at 5-0 right now if we had Cutler. Cutler’s gets shaken to easy in tense situations and throws the ball aimlessly. Denver fans let’s put this debate to rest! Kyle Orton is clearly a better fit for McDaniels offense and although not a better athlete, the perfect pedigree for winning games.
